1.1 The Zaver application (the "App") is operated by GON$AVE, a project by Go N Save Pte Ltd (Company No. 202134799G, incorporated in Singapore) ("GON$AVE", "we", "us").
1.2 These Terms govern your use of the App. By creating an account or continuing to use the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1.3 These Terms should be read together with our Data Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
2.1 Zaver is a technology tool that helps delivery riders record, understand and plan their own earnings. It provides summaries, weekly targets, coaching suggestions, weather information and reward points.
2.2 Zaver is not a lender. We do not provide loans, do not make credit or lending decisions, and do not assume any credit risk. Where you separately and explicitly authorise us to share information with a partner financial institution, that institution makes its own decisions under its own terms, and we are not a party to them.
2.3 Zaver is not affiliated with any delivery platform. We are independent of FoodPanda, Grab, Uber, Pathao or any other platform you may work with. Nothing in the App changes your relationship with those platforms.
2.4 Estimates are estimates. Earnings targets, income forecasts, recommended working hours and weather-based suggestions are informational only. They are based on the data available to us and on past patterns, and they can be wrong. They are not a guarantee of income and are not financial advice.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
3.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
3.3 You agree to give accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.
3.4 One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
4.1 The App lets you upload earnings statements, payment screenshots and weather photographs. You keep ownership of what you upload.
4.2 You grant us a limited licence to process what you upload solely in order to provide the App to you — for example, to read the figures from a statement so we can show you your weekly total.
4.3 You must upload only your own statements, and only where you are lawfully entitled to do so. You must comply with the terms of the delivery platform that issued them.
4.4 You must not upload material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that contains another person's personal data you are not entitled to share.
4.5 Weather photographs should show weather and road conditions. Please do not photograph identifiable people, vehicle number plates, or the inside of customers' homes.
5.1 Points are earned for actions inside the App, such as uploading a weekly earnings statement or reporting local weather.
5.2 Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
5.3 Rewards available for redemption, and the points required for them, may change. Where a reward requires fulfilment by our team, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver it, but availability is not guaranteed.
5.4 We may withhold or reverse points obtained through false submissions, duplicated uploads, or any attempt to manipulate the rewards system.
6.1 Please do not: submit information you know to be false; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or to other riders' data; interfere with or disrupt the service; scrape or bulk-extract data from the App; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
6.2 Ride safely. Do not use the App while riding. Weather alerts, targets and reminders are not instructions and never override your own judgement about your safety or road conditions. Nothing in the App should be read as encouraging you to ride in unsafe conditions or for unsafe hours in order to reach a target.
7.1 We aim to keep the App available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
7.2 We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially affects you, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you in advance.
7.3 We may update these Terms. The current version is published within the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
8.1 You may stop using the App at any time and may ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
8.2 We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or where we are required to do so by law. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why.
8.3 Deletion of your personal data on account closure is handled as described in our Data Privacy Policy.
9.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, we are not liable for loss of income, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including from reliance on an estimate, target, forecast or weather suggestion.
9.3 We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of delivery platforms, financial institutions, or other third parties.
10.1 These Terms are subject to the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, read together with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 where personal data is concerned.
10.2 If you have a question or complaint about these Terms or the App, please contact us through the App or at www.gonsave.co. We aim to respond promptly.
